The gallery is located on the top floor of a historic 113-year-old building on Herzl Street in Tel Aviv, just steps from Rothschild Boulevard. Over the course of more than a year, the building underwent a meticulous restoration and conservation process. Wall paintings dating back to the first half of the 20th century were carefully uncovered, while original decorative details from the British Mandate period were discovered, delicately restored, and thoughtfully integrated into the new design.

The design concept creates an ongoing dialogue between past and present. Every eclectic piece of furniture was carefully handpicked during a year-long search through vintage markets and galleries across Europe. The result is a retro-futuristic aesthetic that celebrates the building's rich history while embracing a fresh, contemporary spirit.

The preserved historic details, combined with our modern, relaxed, and uncompromising approach to hospitality, create the perfect setting for gathering, conversation, and inspiration.

We have a deep passion for ingredients, seasonality, nature, and imagination. They guide us and shape every story we tell - and every story is different, unique, and entirely its own.

Every fantasy you bring to us is an opportunity to create: a feast for the center of the table, a curated buffet, a tasting menu, a wine bar, or a precise combination of it all. We are completely flexible and execute every detail with a high level of precision, drawing from a broad repertoire of culinary influences.

Our approach is tailored to each event individually. We begin by listening - to your needs, thoughts, and ideas - and then craft a concept and menu that pave the way to bringing your dream event to life.

Music is an essential part of the experience - which is why our unique sound system was custom designed and created exclusively for us by the Tel Aviv-based SOOS Studio. Led by industrial designer Dan Saroussi, the studio creates distinctive audio systems that combine advanced 3D-printed components, precise oven-baked finishes, delicate metalwork, and the assembly of the highest-quality audio components - a perfect meeting point between aesthetics, design, and warm, immersive sound.

Our system features two main speakers framing a striking DJ booth, also designed from scratch by the studio, alongside additional speakers placed throughout the space. From every corner of the venue, you won't just hear the music - you'll feel it with you.

'Plane Food' is Dori Sadovnik's photographic archive documenting airline meals collected throughout his tours as one half of the electronic music duo Red Axes. Captured over years on the road, the book chronicles hundreds of in-flight meals across different airlines, countries, and cultures — transforming a familiar travel ritual into an unexpected visual diary.

Published by Rizzoli New York, the book will be available for purchase at the event, with personal dedications by Dori, alongside a Red Axes DJ set and a special 'Chicken or Beef' menu.
