Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the use of the ILU Galleria website and to enquiries sent through it. Using the site means accepting them.
Who we are
ILU Galleria is an event space on the top floor of a conserved building on Herzl Street in Tel Aviv. This site presents the space, the culinary approach and the events, and lets you reach us through a contact form.
An enquiry is not a booking
Sending the contact form is a request for information only. It does not create a booking, hold a date, or bind us. An event is confirmed only under a separate written agreement setting out the date, what is included and the payment.
Availability, content and prices
The information on this site — including descriptions of the space, the sample menus and the events — is provided for general information. Content, event dates and availability may change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, photographs, video, trade marks and the design itself — belongs to ILU Galleria or to the rights holders who licensed it to us. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site in any way that could harm it, its availability or other users — including attempts to gain unauthorised access, automated harvesting of content, or sending abusive content through the contact form.
Links to other sites
The site may link to external sites, such as those of partners and suppliers. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information.
Accessibility and privacy
Information about the accessibility of the physical space and of the website is set out in the Accessibility Statement. Information about the data collected through the site is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect loss arising from its use or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated appears at the end.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them.
