This policy explains what information the ILU Galleria website collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and how to contact us about it.

What we collect

This website collects information in one place only: the contact form. Its fields are your full name, email address, phone number, the type of event and number of guests, a preferred date or date range, and an open text field. Providing these details is your choice; without them we cannot get back to you.

In addition, as on any website, the hosting servers record technical request data: IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This data is used only to operate and secure the site.

What we do not do

This site uses no analytics, sets no tracking cookies and runs no profile-based advertising. It uses no cookies beyond those essential to its operation, which is why it asks you to consent to none.

How we use it

The details you send through the form are used solely to answer your enquiry and to arrange an event. We make no marketing use of them, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Sharing

An enquiry sent through the form is delivered to the gallery's mailbox through an email service provider, and the site itself is hosted by a hosting provider. Those providers' servers may be located outside Israel. The providers will be named on this page once form delivery has been finalised.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiries for as long as is needed to handle them and to document the arrangement. Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted.
